2 Hygiene visits including:
- 2 periodic exams +2 standard cleanings +1 full mouth series of X-rays +1 set of bite wing X-rays + fluoride for children 14 and under
- 15% discount on any other treatment or services (excluding Cosmetic Crowns, Implants, and Invisalign)
- Over $500 of value!
ANNUAL PLAN COVERAGE
- Single Plan $300
- Each additional immediate family member $250
- Additional cleanings for only $100
We expect payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash and major credit cards. Installment payments on major services are available through CareCredit and include low-interest and no-interest payment plans.
If you have dental insurance, we will file your claims for you. However, payment is still expected at the time of service, and your insurance will reimburse you directly.
While we work with all insurances plans, we only accept a discounted fee schedule of United Concordia Elite.
